Restorative Yoga and Sound Meditation
Join Abigail for an evening of Restorative Yoga and Sound Bath to help you achieve deep relaxation and meditative rejuvenation. You will be guided
through a sequence of supportive poses so you may find restful ease in the body. This relaxed state will be enhanced by the healing vibrational power of an immersive sound bath.
