I'm a dedicated and certified Yoga Instructor based in Chicago, IL, originally from Ravenswood Manor, just a short distance from Lincoln Square. I am passionate about sharing the benefits of yoga with my community.
My yoga journey began in 2004, and I have been fortunate to learn from many inspiring teachers throughout the years. In 2021, I founded Pistachio Yoga, fueled by the deep belief that yoga is accessible to everyone and can heal the mind, body, and spirit through physical practice, meditation, and community.
The teacher-student relationship is important to me, and I strive to nurture that connection. Classes at Pistachio Yoga are both challenging and playful, creating a joyful practice that keeps students engaged and inspired.
