Yoga Retreat

This one-day youth yoga retreat blends energizing flows, relaxing mindfulness, and meaningful connection. It’s a space to unplug, reset, and explore tools for managing stress while having fun.

Teen Yoga
13+ years old 

With the hustle and bustle of high school life, sometimes our teens need a healthy way to decompress. Teen yoga is not only a great way to supplement sports but, also to promote overall mental health and wellbeing. With guided meditation, breathwork, and asana (yoga exercises), yoga is perfect for young adults.

Teenagers can join our regularly scheduled yoga sessions.  Participants must be at least 13 years-old.
