Q: Do you have yoga mats to borrow/rent?
A: We have studio mats for free. Please use the dark green mats hanging on the back door.

Q: Can I pay for just one class?
A: Yes, Register for class and select "Pay now" at checkout $27.

Q: Can I pay at the studio?
A: We ask that all registrations be done on our secure online system. Our staff does not take payment in person.

Q: Can I just show up for class?
A: Ideally all registrations are completed at least 1-hour before class time. This allows our staff to prepare for the class size. If you happen to be the only one registered, it gives the staff time to travel to the studio to meet you.

Q: I'm new to yoga, what class should I take?
A: This depends on your goal.
If you're looking to relax, check out a Pistachio Yoga Yin or Restorative class. These classes are great for beginners and don't require much athleticism or coordination.
If you want to sweat a little and get bit more of a "workout", consider one of Pistachio Yoga's Hatha, Hatha/Vinyasa, or Sunrise Flow classes. What's nice about Hatha yoga is that it moves slowly. This gives practitioners time to get into the postures. Although these classes can be physically & mentally challenging, modifications are given along the way. We encourage you to do what you can. For example, if you can't touch your toes, that's okay! Bend your knees and then maybe you can find your toes.

Q: Do you offer a new student introduction pack or a free trial?
A: No, we do not. However, we recommend our Mindful 5 pack for those that want to check out the studio. 5 sessions is a nice amount to sample the teachers and class offerings.
Q: Can I reschedule/cancel my registration?
A: Yes. Similar to our 1-hour registration notice, we kindly ask that you provide at least 1 hour’s notice for cancellations whenever possible. We understand that unexpected situations can arise and last-minute cancellations may happen - that’s absolutely okay. Thank you for being considerate of our instructors’ time.

How to cancel or reschedule:
Log in and navigate to “My Bookings,” where you can manage your registrations directly.
At this time, the system only allows rescheduling within the same class format (e.g., Hatha to Hatha). If you’d like to switch to a different format, please cancel your current booking and register for the new class. If you need any assistance, feel free to reach out - we’re happy to help.

Q: How do I make changes to my subscription?
A: Log in and navigate to "My Subscriptions". This must be done on a browser and cannot be completed from the app.
