Join Abigail for an evening of Restorative Yoga and Sound Bath to help you achieve deep relaxation and meditative rejuvenation. You will be guided through a sequence of supportive poses so you may find restful ease in the body. This relaxed state will be enhanced by the healing vibrational power of
an immersive sound bath. Benefits of this practice may include:
