Free yoga (3rd to 5th graders ) 6:15 pm

followed by refreshments and a little time for Q & A

We are excited to launch our youth program and hope you can join us Friday night, September 14th, for free yoga, a meet and greet, and refreshments!  Learn more about our 5 week yoga series for 3rd through 9th graders. 

Meet Laurie and Bridget:

Laurie Ruoti, is a certified 200-hour registered yoga teacher who has been practicing yoga for 20 years. She is also a retired CPS elementary school teacher with a Master’s Degree in Special Education. Laurie taught grades K to 8 for many years at Hamline Elementary School where she started an after school yoga class for students.

Bridget Iaccino is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Family Therapist, and Teen & Middle School Support Group Facilitator. She teaches Restorative and Yin Yoga at Pistachio.  She is enthusastic about helping teens not only connect with themselves but with one another.
