About the event
Learn the art of hands-on assists and discover how thoughtful touch can elevate your teaching. In this interactive workshop, you’ll explore how to safely and confidently support your students in deepening and refining their postures. We’ll cover foundational anatomy and spend time practicing assists for twists, forward folds, backbends, and inversions, helping you develop a clear understanding of when, why, and how to adjust. Through guided practice, you’ll build the skills to offer adjustments that feel supportive, effective, and empowering for your students.
The course is in person and is broken up into two dates: April 11, 2026 and May 9, 2026 (12pm -3pm), 6 CE hours with Yoga Alliance . 3 CE hours per date.
Please make sure you have active yoga teacher liability insurance coverage.
