Welcome to Yoga & More! This 5 week series is an introduction to yoga and guided meditations, as well as arts and crafts, games, stories, and community building activities to help your child relax and connect with others.

This series runs from 10/10 to 11/7

Thursdays, 4:30 pm - 5:30 pm

Teen Yoga

With the hustle and bustle of high school life, sometimes our teens need a healthy way to decompress. Teen yoga is not only a great way to supplement sports but, also to promote overall mental health and wellbeing. With guided meditation, breathwork, and asanas (yoga exercises), yoga is perfect for young adults.

Teenagers can join our regularly scheduled yoga sessions.  Participants must be at least 15 years-old.
